I conducted in-depth user interviews to learn how LGBTQ+ people interact with social media in 2025, and I found a desire for online platforms that prioritize safety and authenticity. Further research, including pretotyping and competitive analysis, led me to scope a social platform that prioritize offline community as well as online.
